What is Deep Tissue Massage?
As the name suggests, deep tissue massage aims to stimulate the deep tissue layers of the muscles in the body. This massage technique involves using a firm pressure to target key areas to release muscle tension. Deep tissue massage can have many positive changes on a person’s physiological health.
